I’m Katherine Williams, trading as The Mindful VA. I’m a freelance tech Virtual Assistant and am registered with the ICO (UK Information Commissioner’s Office) for data protection compliance.

Your data is stored securely using trusted providers such as Google Workspace, Wise, and 1Password. Access is restricted and encrypted where applicable.

Sharing data
I don’t share, rent or sell your personal data. Trusted tools used in delivering my services may process limited data (e.g., cloud storage, invoicing software) under strict data protection agreements.

Your data rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access, correct, or request deletion of your data
