Yes, I'm based in Ireland but regularly work with UK-based clients too. I invoice in Euros (€) for Irish clients and Pounds (£) for UK clients. 

I hold Professional Indemnity Insurance (covering UK & Ireland) and I’m registered with the ICO, which is a UK legal requirement for handling personal data.

To keep everything running smoothly, all invoices must be paid in advance, before any work begins. This secures your spot in my schedule and ensures we can start smoothly and on time.

I use a time-tracking tool that allows me to accurately log the hours I spend on your tasks.

A breakdown of time spent can be provided, so you always know exactly where your support hours are going. This helps keep things clear, fair, and easy to manage.
